Massage Therapist

Contract Massage Therapist position.

This position will be primarily based at our Vandal Massage office, which is located in the University of Idaho Student Recreation Center. Vandal Massage was created in 2007 to provide on-campus Massge Therapy services for University of Idaho students, faculty and staff.

The professional Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering safe, high quality massage care in accordance with national and professional massage standards and GMC policies and procedures.

The Massage Therapist will have graduated with at least 500 hours of formal training at an established school of massage and/or bodywork. Must demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and patient care. Minimum of one year experience preferred. Must hold the National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). Must maintain Basic Life Support (First Aid and CPR). Must hold membership/liability insurance with a National Professional Association (AMTA/ABMP). Washington licensure is strongly preferred.
